MDBA Chief resigns

Murray-Darling Basin Authority CEO, Rob Freeman, resigned yesterday, citing family reasons.

One of Rob’s family is gravely ill and he needs to be close by them in a way that a person in this top job simply cannot be.

Rob will take on a part-time role as a Commissioner at Australia’s National Water Commission.

I am sure all Inside Water readers will join with me in wishing Rob and his family the very best of luck.
